How to Fix a Customer Header

So I remember being super proud of myself for figuring out how to add this custom header menu across the top of my website (the one that has the logo and services listed), but now I want to take it down and I can’t figure out how! Where did I put the code that is injecting the table with the custom menu across the top? Any help appreciated.

This code shows up on every page to great the menu… where could it be hiding??? I feel really dumb. I just can’t find it.
