Contact plugin

Hello all, I am migrating a town website from Joomla to WordPress, and cannot for the life of me find a plugin to do what I need it to. perhaps I am using the wrong search words??

We need to be able to add a hyperlink in a page that will connect to a person who has a “listing” of sorts. Doesn’t have to be fancy, but we need customizable fields for, Position, First Name, Last Name, Email, Telephone, Mobile, Fax, Address, Town, City, State, Zip, Country, etc. Need it display in accordance with the template css we’re using.

Adding contacts via cvs file would be awesome if possible.
