    Hi there

    When i try reserve a tickets (step 1: how many?) i get “An error has occurred” message above step 1 and cannot proceed. This is when i press the “Reserve” button.

    i have followed the instructions on how to set up the events correctly.

    Please know that the link below ma not work, as it is my live website and i am using another system that conflicts, so i cannot have both live simultaneously.

    Another edit! Forgot about this: When in wp-admin, i have a constant message at the top on any page:

    The DB tables [wpks_qsot_ticket_codes] are not at the most current versions. Attempting to upgrade them.
    Update to DB, table [wpks_qsot_ticket_codes], was NOT successful.
    readable not set [order_item_id] array (
    )

    I see no way to close or resolve the above message.

    My setup is a multisite if that makes a difference. The plugin is only enabled on the main site.

    Hi Phil, at this time Opentickets is not compatible within the use of Multi-sites.

    Thanks for the feedback. Any idea if/when support will be added?

    Phil, unfortuantely at this time we do not have any plans in the immediate future of adding this component to Opentickets.
