• Is it possible to remove the <p> tag that WordPress generates around text and images when creating pages?

    I commented out this line in default-filters.php:
    // add_filter(‘the_excerpt’, ‘wpautop’);

    However, that removes the <p> tag from all my posts, as well as pages. I want to remove the <p> tag from pages only, not posts. I’m using the HTML view. Help is appreciated.
