• Hello dFactor and WP Community,

Great Plugin, thank you for sharing! One question that I have though:
At the moment the cookie notification is covering the logo and the menu bar if it is set on the top of the site.
Is it possible that it would appear above the logo and the menu bar instead?
FYI: The menu bar is fixed to the screen and does not disappear when scrolling down.

    Thank you!
    Best regards
    Stan

Yes, you’d have to change the CSS z-index attribute of your site’s header to a lower value.
But it’s a better option to keep the notice at the bottom imo.

    Hello dFactory team,

    thanks for the prompt reply!
If I change the CSS z-index attribute of the site’s header to a lower value, will there be a gap/offset staying after the user has pressed “ok” on the cookie notification? Or will it go back to initial position after the notification is gone?

    Cheers
    Stan

There should be no gap as CN notification bar has a fixed position – it overlays other site elements.
