Only fast on page browser has visited

The site loads fine on pages that my own browser has already visited (Especially Chrome). But if I use another browser to visit the same pages, it’s slow again.

So the site loads VERY slow for every new visitor. I mean over 12 seconds or longer.

We’re on a VPS with A2hosting.com so we enabled database cashe (Power+ managed VPS Plan.)

Our cache method is “Disk Enhanced” Our plan doesn’t support Opcode: XCache.

We use the Free cloudflare.com service for CDN.

We don’t have much traffic to the site yet. We haven’t yet started our marketing. So it’s not traffic overwhelm.

QUESTIONS..

1. What setting did I miss so page load fast on new visitors who visit pages that have already been visited by others.

2. The paid version: Once I fix that issue with the free version, what else can I do with the paid version to further improve performance and how much of a performance can I expect.
