Shortcode does nothing

Did you install Maxicharts and Gravity Forms addon in order to use the shortcode you mentionned ?
Do you have a link to the page?
Yes there is a log file under maxicharts/logs/…, but first double check the previous things.

Also the maxicharts/logs directory is empty.

thanks for your feedback, looking at the console of your web page, it seems there is an error with a plugin called FitVids.
Can you try deactivate it and reload the charts page please ?

I do not have a plugin named FitVids.

I changed the permissions on the plugin folder and got the log to come up, but still no chart:

I fixed the error by adding this code to theme’s functions.php

Ok, thank you very much, it seems your PHP version is then < 5.5, i will add exactly what your did to the plugin in order to prevent the problem next time.
