Adding sidebar widget to WooCommerce product_category pages

I have the Storefront theme for Woocommerce installed.
On the shop/ page, I have a widget to show all product categories.

When I select a product category from the sidebar and get linked to the new page (/product_category/<category name>/, there are no longer any sidebars seen.

How can I get a sidebar widget to display on my woocommerce /product_category/ pages?
