Tag Customers from WooCommerce Manual Orders

    Hi there, this plugin works perfectly when a customer goes to checkout and completes the payment.

    However, it seems not to work if I place a manual order (Orders > New Order > Create Order). I took a look at the coding and not sure the manual orders use the same hooks of the standard checkout process.

    Can you take a look please?
