    No, shortcodes are just an alternative of default functionality. And that is in PRO version.

    Custom post type and all other archives/taxonomies are supported by default in Auto implementation as FREE version. Did you try?

    I don’t have tried it, because I don’t need Alphabetic Pagination on index.php (blog), for it the motive of my consulting, I want to use the shortcode in a custom taxonomy.
