I want to move my website to a new domain also the theme I have is not responsive so I want to change it. How do I keep my SEO as my ranking on google very good.

If you change your domain (i.e., your URL), your SEO rankings belong to the old URL, not the new one, so you start over.
You can mitigate a lot of that if you use the change of address tool: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/83106?hl=en
If all you’re doing is changing themes and moving the same domain to a new host, it should have no effect.
