Not at all ?? You’d need to deactivate the Lite version in order to activate the licensed version, but your galleries would still be there, just with more options! ??

Hmmm. That would be great. Maybe it’s if you create the galleries in a post that you would need to recreate……I’m pretty sure it is envira I was thinking about from the past.

I bought an update to plus so that I can create a slideshow — I have emailed twice for support and no response. I realize this forum is for useres of the free version, but perhaps you can help me anyway? My web site is https://www.westlinnchamber.org and i have set up a gallery as slideshow but it appears as more a block of images and no arrows- in other words I dont think it’s really loading the slideshow or maybe i have misunderstood the meaning of a slideshow. Ideas?

Thanks for reaching out here! It looks like we’ve responded to both of your tickets, but you aren’t receiving out replies. Would you mind checking to confirm that the replies aren’t in your spam folder?

As for the slideshow, the Slideshow Addon allows a slidehsow within the lightbox once an image is clicked. The gallery that I see on your main page looks to have the images linked to external pages so the lightbox is never triggered.

thanks so much for getting back to me – i havent seen anything in spam folders, but I will check again.
So, is there not a way to create a slideshow and have each image link to an external web site? what if i don’t use lightbox for the slideshow? any ideas?

HI — I disabled lightbox and still can not get the images to load as a slideshow within the square widget — any suggestions.
also, I’m not finding any responses from tech support for pro in my email junk box – were they emailed to [redacted]

Can you please edit your comment and remove your email addresses? You should never put your email addresses in a public forum like that.
