FooGallery not working with FooBox (Multi)

I updated my site to FooBox Pro via FooBox (Multi) so I could take advantage of some of the other pro features, and now FooGallery doesn’t seem to work with FooBox at all. Galleries that used to open a lightbox when clicked now just go straight to the image with no lightbox. Looking at the gallery settings, the lightbox is set to “FooBox”, but it’s still not functioning. Any idea what the issue is?
