Plugin custom drag and drop coming soon

Hello there,

I was wondering whether there was a drag and drop plugin that can be used as a coming soon page.

I have done my fair bit of research and I have found many coming soon/maintenance plugins but none of them appear to be completely customizable with the option of drag and drop.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
