    hello, I enabled the plugin and inserted the weight range with the relative price. Then I went on the product and added the weight but when I bring the product to the cart does not show the price added by weight. How can I solve?

    Hello reclima I know the plugin is not easy to set for a non advanced user of WooCommerce but developers and programmers stay here for this purpose. You can contact me infoatmaxxdesign.it when you need a professional solution and you are not able to solve the issue.

    Which kind of products are they? Single, grouped, with variations? That can be a issue that limits the use of this plugin…
    And then did you set the countries, i.e. if you sell only in Italy you must declare it in the WooC general options because this plugin is depending on shipping address.

    @maxxdesign, I don’t think such advertisement of your services without a helpful message is compliant to the community rules.

    I believe, the plugin is pretty simple to configure. Just several options in a shipping rule. Most of the issues happen when people miss some basic things, like setting up the plugin for kilograms while their products have weights set in grams.

    What isn’t easy sometimes is to find out where the problem exactly is. That’s why, @reclima, we ask for all that information.

    @reclima, thank you for the screenshots. Could you also let me know:
    1. Versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, Weight Based Shipping and PHP.
    2. (screenshots, done)
    3. Details of the order you are testing your shipping with: items, their shipping classes, weights, total weight, order subtotal, shipping destination.
    4. What shipping options do you expect for the order?
    5. What shipping options do you get instead?

    I see you have a special delivery class ..
    Did you choose the class in the product shipping box?

    OK Dan I understand your opinion…but I ear from a long time the motto: “on the “web is all free of charge! You need just to ask in the forums”
    Well I can help a customer as always I do, but a self-mader sometimes try to get a complete work step by step using the professional knowledge and I think that is more uncorrect!
