    Hi

    How does the user create a user account (user name and password) before logging an issue so that he can log in at a later stage to review his ticket?

  • Hi Perry, You can go to wordpress admin -> “WSDesk” -> “General Settings” -> Enable “Create WordPress User”. Enabling this option will automatically create a wordpress user when a guest user submits a ticket. After user is created, a wordpress triggered e-mail will be sent to the guest user’s e-mail.
