No tracking info included in the email

    I just installed this and configured it, It’s pretty simple.

    When I add the tracking ID to the page and then later mark the order as complete, there is no tracking text included in the email.

    Any thoughts?

    Email tracking is available as a feature for the premium plugin.

    Unfortunately, the basic plugin does not have the feature. Using the basic plugin, you can show the tracking number in “My-Accounts” page. Hope that helps!
