Responsive Accordion deactivates

I noticed I had a problem when I went to the page indicated above. The page just showed the shortcode. I then noticed the plugin was not active (it had deactivated by itself). I activated it but to no avail. I did this several times and each time, the plugin deactivated by itself, and the only thing showing on the page was the shortcode.
