How to remove auto clickable links

  • Some of my posts contain URLs like google.com and facebook.com, which I do not want to make clickable. So, I simply put them as a text. After upgrading the WordPress version I see all the site address are automatically changed to clickable links.

    I do not want all links to be clickable, if I want to click some links I will make it a link.

    Please tell me why it is happening and how to fix it. I do not want to add some script in functions file(even I have tried using “remove_filter( ‘comment_text’, ‘make_clickable’, 9 );” and result was the same).
