Not receiving any emails

I have sent 11 test messages after turning plugins off and changing a couple of things and still can’t receive any emails from the form. I had a potential client inform me of this when they hadn’t heard back from me with a request. I had also noticed that when I went in to the Form, that instead of “myname”@”myaddress”.com for my email address, everything was reading “myname”@new.”myaddress”.com I changed that and still didn’t make a difference, but it did worry me. Any help?
