I can’t even get a timely password reset link

  • I PAID for this plugin, I am TRYING to use it, and I can’t even get a password reset link sent to me so I can try to START using the PAID version!! What is up with you people? Why is the password reset link NOT automated? What hours do you work and in what country? I want to try to time this so I can get my password reset link BEFORE it expires!! You won’t respond to my emails. I’d really like to get my money back and try something else but I’m sure you wouldn’t respond to those emails either. PLEASE respond with a password reset link!!!

    We use standard WordPress on our site with all standard WordPress functionality. WordPress generates and sends “password reset” emails all by itself immediately after the request. Nothing else is involved. There is no “manual” step of any kind.

    What exactly is the problem? Have you tried to check your “junk” folder for “password reset” emails? Some providers (Hotmail) love to put such emails there.
