Receive Email Alert – Won’t work

    Hi.

    I using the lite version of this plugin for now. But i can’t get the plugin to send me an email when there is new post submission. I checked the “Receive Email Alert” and wrote in the mail Address for Alerts.

    But i don’t get any mails.

    Is this a bug?

    Glad to help. It sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality. Unfortunately with email there are a LOT of variables involved. The best thing you can do is some basic troubleshooting of related factors, such as email address, plugins, theme, and so forth. Here is an email troubleshooting guide that may help.
