• The number of times I have had to disable this plugin because it conflicts with other plugins – I’ve lost count.

Free version was OK, but installed the pro version and problems began. It starts with the Divi theme and visual builder (500,000 users), which became unusable with this plugin activated.

The developer emailed a separate build of their plugin (!?!) to work around the problem, but that conflicts with other plugins. The Divi build also does not auto update, and the developer has not released newer versions.

Support is fine as long as the answer is easy. If the problem is hard, they just don’t respond.

    I officially give up.

    Hi @washley

    Thanks for your details.
It’s very easy to rating 1 star as it’s your right.

Yes, I’ve separate version for Divi & sent you as per your info.
Always I response & contact as soon as available.
After installing separate version Divi auto update disabled! I never received this type of complaint. If I find of course I’ll take care.

If the problem is hard, they just don’t respond.

I don’t agree with you. I’m available via Email, Support Forum & Skype. Within short time always get back to my clients.
What was hard & I didn’t response? For your info, I’m Plugin developer & I can do whatever I can imagine. Nothing is HARD for me at WP.

If you’ve guts write me with your own name & contact me.
If giving me 1 rating is your intention then nothing to say.

    Thanks

    Hi @samdani

Thanks for taking the time to reply, however in your email from October you said in response to my question about the divi version auto updating:

“Right now the automatic update feature is not available.”

Also, can you please tell me where in your marketing you mention that the pro version of the plugin conflicts with the Divi theme and builder and we need to install a different version? That would have saved me several hours of debugging.

And also, I don’t find it appropriate for you to use language like “if you’ve guts”. I think that speaks for itself really.

    Regards

    Hi @washley

I need to check your email first. Please reply me or give your email to search the email thread.

Auto updating feature of plugin? As you are using Logo Slider, “Auto Updating” feature is not mandatory to slide / display your logos. I never promised for “Auto Updating” feature as I can recall but still need to check your email.

At support, there is pin post regarding different version for divi.

If the problem is hard, they just don’t respond.

After checking above line I became crazy, let me know when I didn’t response? For your info, “Auto Updating & Licensing” already developed and hope to add all plugins.

Yes, writing that way was not my intention, sorry…

    Waiting for your email response.

    Thanks
