I think I read that there is an option to hide the job once it expired or was filled. But…

Is there an option to hide the Job listing (whether it redirects, or shows “This job is no longer available”) to everyone EXCEPT the job owner and the candidate that was set to Hired?

Basically, I don’t want anyone to be able to see the job details, unless it’s the owner or the logged-in user that had their Application accepted (set to Hired). But obviously it should only hide it IF there is someone designated as Hired. If nobody has yet been Hired, the job should still show.

No, we don’t have anything like this built in. A job is either hidden from the main list, or it’s not.

That said, the job submitter should still be able to see it in their Jobs Dashboard (even if it’s expired) and I believe any candidate that applied to it should still be able to see that application in the Past Applications page.

Sorry I can’t be of more help here! ??

Yeah, I figured those were the cases. My goal was that AFTER the specific candidate was hired (from their submitted application), only THEY (and the owner) would be able to see the listing.

Because my goal was that the owner could update the listing with additional details that only the hired candidate could see (so both would have access to these new details… without having to rely on finding an email in their inbox).
