Cancelled tickets are counted towards full event

  • I have an event with 30 spots, I thought it was full because it stated 30 people, but the pending people were counting towards the total. I then made sure that pending tickets were cancelled after 2 hours and all the pendings are now cancelled. Hurrah!

    But now it still states that my event is sold out even though I have 22 paid and 8 cancelled tickets. How can I make it so that just the paids/pending are counted?

    Hi there,

    Can you please tell me which Tickera version are you using, since we had changed how it works since 3.2.7.7 version:

    ” Fixed issue with counting cancelled orders in quantity left and overall sold quantity”
