After Add Standard Event — Still Not Firing

    AddtoCart isn’t firing on my site. View Content, etc. has. Sure enough in Pixel Cat I discovered it wasn’t in my events, so I added it for each product, exactly as it is there for View Content. But well over an hour later it still isn’t showing up as firing in my Chrome extension, nor in Events Manager according to FB. Do I need to wait longer?

    Let’s see how we can help.

    First please check that you don’t have adblocker enabled on our browser because that might be blocking the pixels from firing.

    Also, make sure that you have not excluded your user role from tracking in the Pixel Cat settings.

    Please provide us with the URL to the webpage where your products are located so that we can inspect it ourselves.

    You might also not be setting up the events and the triggers correctly. More details on how to do that here: https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/pixel-cat-event-builder/

    Please note that you should click on two Save buttons for saving the event and the trigger, once in the popup and second below the Pixel Cat settings.
