Uploaded Header Image but background color changes…

    Hi,

    First time here but really liking the easy customization so far.

    I have a header image that has a white background but everytime I upload this as a header image on WordPress the background of the image changes to gray. I’ve tried cropping, saving and different techniques but it still remains gray.

    Any ideas?

    Its only because the background is set to gray color with the help of css.
    Do you upload PNG image for header image.
    I appreciate if you please show me your live site link and screenshot of the problem area.
