Problem when installing plug-in – error 500

    Good evening

    I am trying to install the plug-in via the normal install and when I activate the plug-in, the WP crash and give back the error 500… until I rename or delete the plug-in

    any advise?

    I am very sorry, you are having issues, but, I am sure this is a technical issue outside of the code. Lets fix it for you!

    Before I ask you to open an official support ticket, would you be so kind to tell us the versions of your PHP, WC and ATUM, please?

    Thank you very much for your reply.

    Please, to be able to use the plugin update your PHP as the minimum required for ATUM is 5.6. Your version is 4+ years old unfortunately and we cant support it.

    I am sure the plugin will install nicely after the update.
