Images cannot be indexed

  • Same problem here.
    All I get is “Step 2/7: retrieving metadata from index [1/7201]”.

    Also is there a way to remove the plugin completely and all the data associated with it? I have seen that when I deactivate – delete the plugin and the add the plugin back again, the indexing I had done a few years ago show up again. Maybe the old data is causing the current run to fail. So is there a way to remove the plugin completely?
