Allow .mp4 format in gallery

  • I want to add videos also along with images in WordPress default gallery.
    But when I go to create gallery option in media, it automatically filters only images.

    Any way I can include videos also with images to create gallery?

  • Hi there, that’s not something that can be done currently with the gallery shortcode. I Google searched “wordpress gallery for both images and video” and found a number of possible alternatives, not all of them free. You may want to take a look and see if any will help.
