Can’t active mail template

    Hi,

    I’m trying to click the On / Off button on the templates page but it doesn’t work.
    I can’t active the mail templates.

    How can I active the templates?

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot with us.

    We are not providing ON/OFF button for activating the email template. We are using Toggle button on the Email Template page which will use for activating or deactivating the email template.

    I have tried to replicate the issue by changing the WordPress site language in the Hebrew Language and with the WPML. But I am unable to reproduce it on our site.

    So, I would need to check the issue on your site. Can you please post your query on our plugin’s forum page? So we can solve the issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you so much for the quick reply!

    I’ve switched the language to English and now I can see the toggle button. it works perfectly.

    I’ll keep my admin panel in English ??
