Plugin to manage music tracks by genre or category

Hi,

I need to manage music tracks with genre and categories/tags. I should be able to upload (or just link to) tracks, and each track can have a genre and some categories or tags. Perhaps everything could just be tags.

Which module or plugin would you recommend for this task?

So far I have found Enhanced Media Library which does much of it, but as far as I can see there is no frontend for it. The ability for users to search by tags is important.
