    Sorry for the inconvenience. Problem has been fixed in the newest version.

    First, update your theme to 2.3.8.
    Then, clear the browser cache before you access Customize.

    Best regards,
    Magee support.

    *Remember to install & activate Onetone Companion plugin.

    oh come on!

    It IS NOT WORKING!

    This is crap really, all I get under customizer is a black top line (probably for menu) and a white content (YES, I DID ALL that has to be done, setting homepage, installing that plugin for the theme, cleared cache, EVERYTHING!)
    There are also THOUSANDS of code errors when attempting to access customizer, like the theme could not parse the code or something.

    I also tried and re-installed the theme, converted back to Twenty Theme, NO RESULT!)

    Did you really check your theme before releasing ?!?!

    Hi @magictheme,
    Since installing the newest version 2.4.5 of the OneTone theme, along with the newest version of WP 4.9.2 with the OneTone Companion plugin active and clearing all of my browser’s cache, I am unable to access the customize menu. It starts to load, then times out with the “Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage” message in Chrome. However, I am able to load the customize menu in Edge, which is a fine work around for now, but it worries me that something may be unstable with this theme and I prefer to use Chrome.

    I understand that this is a free theme and that you aren’t obligated to look into every issue and I could potentially move to a different theme, but I spent a lot of time customizing this for my client and they really like the way it turned out. Is it possible to look into this please? Thanks!

    Same as @cbeckley, but it’s happening for me on Safari/MacOS. Just an FYI.

    Hi MageeWP,
    After updating to the latest version of WP and updating your theme I’m not able to login to the WP admin control panel. Even after deleting the browser history…
    I get this error message:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tgmpa() (previously declared in /hsphere/local/home/*typedout*/cwhatmatters.com/wp-content/plugins/popup-by-supsystic/modules/tgm_promo/classes/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php:2126) in /hsphere/local/home/*typeout*/cwhatmatters.com/wp-content/themes/onetone/includes/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 2175.
    Hope you can help me out…
    Thanks in advance…
    cecilman… ??

    UPDATE: Found a way into the Control Panel and it seems to work.

    Change in file:
    /…/themes/onetone/includes/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php

    Change line 2165

    FROM:
    if ( ! function_exists( ‘onetone’ ) ) {
    TO
    if ( ! function_exists( ‘tgmpa’ ) ) {

    Anyhow – it works for me… But there are still some design things to the new version that needs to be improved… ??

    Best of all
