This plugin is great and has a huge potential if the right things are done. I’m working on a site with 1000 products in stock (no defined number) but somehow it groups them as out of stock. Now there are 2 ways to update a stock quantity on WordPress (either by number or just selecting “in stock”)
There’s no way to mass update stock price. For example: Let’s say you have a store with 5 products (SKU’s: A01, A02, A03, A04, A05) and you want to update the price and quantity for A03-A05. It should allow you to do this via CSV or excel file upload.

It should be easy to increase price by percentage and so forth.

I’d recommend making it to sync with eBay and Amazon.

I’d even go as far as to recommend syncing it with Royal Mail so one can easily print shipping labels for orders made.

I don’t mind paying a reasonable monthly price for this if it is done right. It’s nice people have been giving recommendation on what features to implement.
All the same good job to the developers. Can’t wait to see your final product!

    Hi Gio,

Thank you very much for your post and recommendations. I am glad you like ATUM and see a huge potential in its core.

I have looked at your requests and most of them are very specific. I will try to comment on them separately.

    – I am not sure what you mean grouping products as out of stock? Is this about ATUM? Please, give me some example.
    – Bulk Price and Quantity change by upload or import is possible already with some plugins. Even though we have Import/Export add-on coming this will not be so soon. Please, try search the WP database for some solution for now.
    – Increase/Decrease price or quantity by percentage is already on our list. Early next year we hope.
    – Syncing with eBay and Amazon – this is a very complex development, however, we are already testing eBay solution ??
    – Syncing/Printing with Royal Mail is not in our plans, at least not so soon. There is a lot of plugins that dod the job already.

I hope I have helped a little, but I recommend to get hold of our newsletter where we will inform all of our signups about the release date of an official forum and blog.

Once again, thank you very much for having you as user.

Here’s a link to what I’m talking about:

Now the products that are grouped under “out of stock” are actually in stock except that they don’t have a defined number in stock.
ALso, it’d be nice for this plugin to be able to mass update stock quantity and price (either with CSV or a few click of buttons).

    Hi Gio,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Please, open an official support ticket. (Stock Central – Help menu). We will need to have a look ourselves (please add site access) to see what is going on.

My guess is that some other plugin is causing this issue, but need to see it firsthand.

Regarding the mass update, I have replied above, we will add this in the future updates. I apologise if this causes inconvenience.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    Pavel
