Ticket Page not in Menu

    I can see the Ticket Submit page when I am logged in as an Admin.
    But I cannot see it if I am not loogged into the WordPress Control Panel or I am simply a web user.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello:

    It sounds as if the menu you added the submit ticket page to isn’t part of your theme. Are you sure that menu is set to show up on your theme somewhere?

    It could also be that you have a custom security plugin that controls what menu options show up for various users so check your plugins screen to see if one of those are installed.

    Yes, it’s the same single Menu for all of the WordPress site.
    I have no other Menus.
    All the other pages show on this one Menu, except for the Submit Ticket page.

    What happens if you create a new page and add it to the menu – does it show up?

    If that new page shows up then add the [ticket-submit] shortcode to it and see if it shows up.

    If that show up the set the new page as the default ticket submit page in TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL tab.

    I have found this is only happening on the Home page of the website.
    If one goes to other pages the TICKET Menu Item appears …

    If I create a new plain page it works fine.

    It seems that the TICKET Page will only appear in the MENU when we are on a WOO-COMMERCE Page ?!

    SORTED !!

    Turns out it was a Caching Plug-In ‘WP Fastest Cache’ that was not letting the updates re-fresh #DOH!
