MailPoet 3 has been running beautifully for months now (free plan, 445 subscribers). Yesterday there was an “Insufficient privileges” message. According to support forum posts, this was a temporary problem, but we still got the error today.

So I upgraded the plugin to Version 3.2.1, and now it says the activation key is invalid. But it’s the same key as always.

“Your key is not valid for the Premium plugin.
Your key is not valid for the MailPoet Sending Service.”

    Any ideas?

  • Many people seem to got this problem, but no reply from the developer.
What was working for me now: Add a new plan, chancel the old.
    The new key is working.

    Thanks einmanncombo. That worked!

That was a problem with our authentication server that was already fixed. If you are running into this problem, get in touch with us via the help button inside your MailPoet pages.
