    Hi there,

I have recently had to change parts of a custom template based on what email had been sent from Gravity Forms.
As there is no way to do so out of the box, I’ve had to filter out the email content to replace some HTML.

Would there be any chance for a feature request to choose email templates per form on Gravity Forms? Like in the form settings? That would make this plugin so damn powerful for users of Gravity Forms.

As a sidenote, with Gravity Forms and this plugin, a lot of extra break tags and empty p tags get added to the top of the email content which I can’t figure out why that’s happening.

    Thanks

  • That would be a nice feature but I’m afraid hard to accomplish.

I can’t reproduce the line breaks errors in gravity forms.
A few users commented about it but when I ask version nobody replies so I don’t know how to reproduce the error.

If you want to provide a testing environment where I can see the error I would be happy to check it

Hi Damian, I am getting the same issue on a couple of websites. I’d be happy to set up a testing environment with Gravity Forms and your plugin installed. Would you like me to set this up? If so, let me know what email address to register your account with and I’ll get it sorted.

    Thanks!

sure [email protected] would do the trick

Thanks Damian – I’ve just sent you an email, along with a test form submission.

    Ok Raymond,
sorry for the delay but at least I can say I found a solution. On gravity forms version 2.2.1.5 they added a filter that allows the remove of their html template.

Will release new version later today

    Thanks!

    Super, thanks Damian!
