some solots become unavailable

I am having the same issue – on some rooms – I thought I waas the only one

Do you have cleanup or setup increments in your settings? This puts that number of unavailable slots before and/or after each meeting to allow you time to setup or cleanup. Make those 0 in the general settings and try again.

I have no cleanup time in any of my setups…. Some rooms do it and others dont

Preston, I’m not sure if your problem is the same, especially since it’s not happening on every room and you’ve modified your code some. @hmatsu, do you have Setup or Cleanup increments in the Book a Room General settings?

When I booked from 1 to 5 pm, the other slots
in the same date was completely blocked (unavailable).
Is the number of reservation limited to 1 in one day ?

This looks like you have entered setup and cleanup increments as if they were minutes. When you set an increment value, say to 30 minutes, then 1 setup increment would be a 30 minute slot before each meeting. If you put, say, 15 for the setup increments, that means that 15, separate, 30 minute increments are unavailable before each meeting.

Check those setup and cleanup values first and let me know.

Again, the other slots are completely blocked.

Can you Check the Days Buffer for Reserve and Days Allowed to Reserve in the settings. These specify a range in which people can register.

Yes, they are available to Public.

I just now tried that again (input 0 for the setup and cleanup increments).
But the situation is the same (the issue was not solved).

it displays null when I check the setting. Is it normal ?
