Only show vat field when company name is filled in

    Hi,

    Is it possible to only show the vat field in the checkout when company name is filled in? So when company field is empty, vat field is not shown.

    The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t include an option to hide the VAT field when the company field is empty, because some business entities, such as sole traders, might not use a company name, even though they have a valid EU VAT number. In such case, hiding the field could prevent those customers from entering their VAT number.

    If you would like to show the VAT number only when the company field is populated, you should be able to do it with a simple script. You can find an example here: https://pastebin.com/zaw94DvU.
