Can’t Select template in Lite Version

    I have v1.10.9.2 Lite installed on both a live demo website and a local server and am getting the same results — the Template button is showing, but when I click on the button the templates are all greyed out.Is this a ‘feature’ of the Lite version?

    I have tried de-activating ALL plugns except BB Lite, so it is NOT a .js conflict, and I have tried multiple themes so it is NOT theme related. If this is how the Lite version is supposed to work, you have lost a potential customer in me! I want to see the product WORKING before I shell out for the Pro version and paid support.

  • Same issue here as well with WP 4.9 clean install.
    Following a downgrade to WP 4.83 did not solve the issue of shaded templates where selection cannot be made.

    The templates feature is only available on any of our premium versions.

    If you’d like to play around with it first, you can do so via the online demo that we offer.

    We also offer a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase so if you’re thinking of trying the product on your site, you can purchase any of the version and use the 30 days grace period for testing. ??

    Hi Ben, thanks for clarifying that for us. Looks like we will be using and recommending Page Builder by Site Origin from now on.
    If you can’t at least include one or two page templates in a PAGE BUILDER plugin then it doesn’t say much for your business intentions.
