Login Redirects back to Login page

    When logging in, the page looks like it is getting ready to open the Dashboard but then just goes back to the login page.

    I have tried the following:
    Cleared Cookies
    Renamed Plugin directory via ftp
    Renamed Theme directory via ftp
    Attempted to reset my password via database – database would not allow
    Uploaded a blank htaccess page (when that did not work, I reuploaded the original

    I’m using WooCommerce and the cart is also not working. I have a ticket in to them.
    I am hosted with Network Solutions, not sure if that might be an issue.

    Thanks for any suggestions on fixing this.

    Hiya,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues, I had a quick look at your site, and it appears that something on the server level might be clearing cookies (possibly a cache service or similar, this is normal behavior for them and they might have a misconfiguration that’s causing these issues).

    You should open a ticket with your hosting provider about this so that they can investigate why cookies are being dropped when visiting your site.

    Thanks – this is the first real lead we’ve gotten. Will check with hosting company.

    Checked with the hosting company, they must have done something as the site is working now. Thanks for the input
