    I really liked your plugin. It has been amazing.
    At initial phases, I thought the support was very week but Ben proved me to be wrong taking all the extra effort to reach me out and clarify all my issues and make sure I was satisfied with the product.

    Am I the only one who gets immediate replies to any inquiry? Ben is super helpful. I’m a freebie user.

    I second the motion, Sereen. Some people complaining about support–for a free product — might be lacking a little perspective and have unrealistic expectations.
    I made a suggestion a few weeks ago for a new feature and it was included in the very next version. That’s tip-top.

    No you are absolutely not the only one!

    Support is awesome, especially considering the 500.000+ users!
    The way support is handling all of them ( even the non paying ones!!) is just amazing.

    I basically bought a Pro license just to support them, and am glad I did, because the Pro features are finger licking good haha!
