intermittent blank feed

    Client’s website is displaying a blank page intermittently. I’m using a shortcode on the page and it has been working just fine – and even now it will show the feed okay then show blank a few minutes later.

    Could this be related to a memory issue or something on the server? The site is hosted with iPage, and it’s on the same server as the site we’re pulling the feed from (they have 2 sites and wanted to cross-promote) I’m unfamiliar with iPage hosting so didn’t know if this might be a common issue.

    Hey @jayesel,

    I’ve checked the page for several times and it seems it shows ok. Without a pattern on how to replicate the issue, it’s impossible for us to fix it.

    Thanks for replying! We actually resolved it over the weekend. It was a PHP memory limit error on the webhost. Thanks!
