Tab Jumping

How can I stop the tabs from jumping down on click?

There are no settings on the side to disable this.

When I click a tab – it automatically jumps to the top of the tab – making the tab menu not visible.

Support said to just click the disable setting but it’s not there. Please screenshot it’s location if it is.
