• We are testing the site now and the Subscribe button goes to PayPal and allows the transaction and confirms with emails to site owner. However, there is no re-direct to the site and login, etc.

PayPal even assigns username and pw at the end of transaction, but when I go back to the site to try to login/join, it will not accept username and pw. I’ve checked all the PP settings on their site and double checked the plugin options. Obviously, I’m missing something and don’t have a clue as to what.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks much.

    Hi @wxsouth,

PayPal does not create the username and password. An email gets sent to the customers PayPal email address after payment. That email contains a link where they can set their own password.

In your WordPress admin, in the Users section, you should see the customers account created as a subscriber. Do you see that?

    Thanks,
    Scott

I did not receive and email and did not see info in the users section either. I was testing for the owner of the site before going live. Not sure why I didn’t receive the email from PayPal, as it did give me username and pw after the transaction.

    Thank you.

It does work as @scottpaterson describes above. I am also testing this plugin with Paypal sandobox.
