Not getting emails for new messages

    Dear Sir,

    Thanks for a great plugin

    Subscribers are not getting emails for new messages, however, emails for new announcements are working fine.

    only “Subscriber” roles users not getting email? other roles users getting emails?
    Can you please check if your test user (who is not getting email) settings page “Email me when I get new messages?” is ticked or not?
