Good luck getting support on this plugin

Not sure why the ratings are so high for this plugin. Support seems abysmal to nonexistent. Claims to “fully support Divi” but it’s been nearly 4 days since I asked why the font I uploaded through the plugin is all inn italics and no response yet – and I’m referring to the support forum linked in the top message. I’m using a font provided through fonts.com, Monotype Library subscription. They are slow to respond and have not yet responded on this issue either. Just a warning to those expecting better service.
