Good in general

I wouldve liked if they kept all editing and plugin creation in your wordpress dashboard rather redirecting you to their editor/platform. And having some more features would have really bumped up their rating. Overall its a good plugin, especially their customer support which are very responsive, quick, eager to solve your problem which I believe is one of the most important things to look at. Thumbs up and keep it guys
