Customize the email someone gets after they entered?

    Hello,
    Is there a way to customize the email that is sent after someone enters the giveaway with their email address? We did a test and want to change a few things as it is very generic and looks a little like spam.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi, you can change it under Giveaways > Settings. Under the first “General” tab, you have both the email subject and message which you can change to your preferences.
