Images cannot be loaded properly

    Recently, I’ve just migrated my website from a windows server on Amazon EC2 to a more powerful one and updated WordPress to version 4.8.3.

    Now I have a problem with accessing images. First, the images I uploaded recently cannot be successfully added to the plugin- Slider Revolution. Also, when I logged into my server and tried to open the images that I recently uploaded in “wp-content”, I founded this error message:
    Access to “wp-contents\uploads\OOOO.jpg” was denied.

    Adding images to a new page as its original size encounters the same problem. (cannot be displayed)
    However, the access to the images uploaded before I upgrade to 4.8.3 (and migrate the server) is possible.

    What’s the cause of it and how can I solve it?
    Any hints are welcome~ thanks!
    Or Are there any further information should I provide?
